  • It would be better to learn a little about the battery and its terminal. There are two terminals, and one is positive and one is negative.
  • The positive terminal is slightly bigger among these two and it will have a sign (+). Few manufacturers mention positive terminal by POS sign.
  • The negative terminal is usually marked with a (-) sign and you can find NEG marked on the battery.
  • Now, you must connect the jump starter cable. Connected the red cable to the positive terminal.

  • Start by connecting the positive terminal of the donor battery to a dead battery. Connect the negative terminal of the donor battery and then connect another side of the cable to any metal strut on a dead battery vehicle.
